Major Chad Norvell of the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office is running for Fort Bend County Precinct 3 Constable. Major Norvell has 26 years law enforcement experience and currently oversees Patrol, Criminal Investigations, media relations, and the very successful social media program for the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office. He is a US Marine Corps Veteran with a college degree in Organizational Leadership from Mountain State University and is a graduate of the Police Staff and Command College at Northwestern University. Norvell is a 27 year resident of the Katy area and he and his wife, Amy along with sons Brandon and Cody reside in Firethorne.
